About Rayos Uva

Rayos Uva is a red wine from the D.O Rioja produced by the winery Olivier Rivière.

Rayos Uva has been producing wine from the varietal Graciano (50%) and Tempranillo (50%). The grapes originate from vineyards of Aldeanueva de Ebro (La Rioja Baja).

For its production, after traditional winemaking process, Rayos Uva is aged for 10-12 months in stainless steel tanks and foudres (very large barrels).

2023
Rayos Uva 2023 is a youthful red wine with a vibrant expression, where fresh fruit—grape, plum, and ripe berries—takes centre stage with juiciness and naturalness. Smooth on the palate, with fine tannins and well-integrated acidity, it unfolds an agile and flavourful profile, distinct from traditional Rioja. A contemporary interpretation of Rioja, with a French flair and a carefree spirit, to be enjoyed effortlessly.
2014 On the palate, full bodied and tasty. Passing is unctuous and enveloping, floral and fruity sensations. Good acidity with well integrated tannins.
