About Fifty Pounds London Dry Gin

This gin is named after the price (50 pounds) of an annual tax imposed in 1736 by the King George II from Englandto regulate the distillation of gin. The distillery is located at the southeast of London and has a tradition of more than two centuries. If is made of Juniper berries from the hills of Croatia, coriander seeds from the Middle East, grains of paradise from the Gulf of Guinea, orange and lemon peel from Spain, savory from France, angelica root, licorice, and three other components.
Try it alone or with the typical Schweppes tonic.
