About Evodia

Evodia is a red wine from the D.O. Calatayud made by Bodegas San Alejandro.
This wine is made 100% with Grenache grapes from 100 year old vineyards situated at a high altitude, planted in slate-rich soils. All the vineyards are planted in a low-vine plantation system with natural irrigation and an average yield of 4000 kg/ha.
The fermentation takes place in stainless steel deposits for 20 to 25 days at a temperature of 24ºC - 26ºC.
2012 A smooth texture with a pure finish full of fruit.

A dark purple colour.

Intensely fruity and tasty. Aromas of spices, minerals and cherries.
