Directly from South Africa comes Cognato Chenin Blanc, a non-alcoholic white wine conceived by Adam Malmnäs and David Sommestad, two cousins who also had to face this problem when they realised the number of car trips they had to make on weekends to pick up and drop off their children at various activities. With a bit of care and caution, they both decided to take the plunge and were pleasantly surprised by the warm reception of Cognato Rosé and Cognato Cabernet Sauvignon, their first two wines. That's why they dared to create Cognato Chenin Blanc, with which they managed to establish themselves as one of the best producers of this type of wine.
 
As its name suggests, Cognato Chenin Blanc is a single-variety chenin blanc that is hand-harvested from vineyards located in South Africa, in the Coastal Region, where the cousins have found the best raw materials for their wine. This, combined with a meticulous production process, results in a top-tier product of sublime quality. Everything has its pros and cons.
